By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Completion within an estimated timeline.
Authorities may request additional information, reject an application or change their requirements without prior notice.

All prices displayed on the website or provided during initial discussions are indicative unless confirmed in a formal written quotation.
Government fees, free zone charges, visa costs, service-provider charges and other third-party fees may change without notice. Final pricing must be reconfirmed before payment or application submission.
The supplied package quotation similarly states that licence and visa costs are approximate and should be confirmed before being shared or accepted.

Any processing timeline is an estimate and not a guaranteed completion date.
Timelines may be affected by authority reviews, immigration checks, public holidays, document delays, system outages or additional compliance requirements.
The referenced quotation estimates 2–3 working days for licence issuance and approximately 12–14 working days for the complete Ajman and RAK licence and residency process, subject to processing and approval.
